LIABILITY WAIVER
Aura Studio & Café – Liability Waiver & Release Form
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
By booking any class, session, or esthetics service at Aura Studio & Café (“the Studio”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Pilates, yoga, hot classes, fitness activities, stretching, and esthetics services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strain, sprains, or injuries

Heat exposure or dehydration (for hot classes)
-
Allergic reactions to products or treatments
-
Skin irritation, redness, or sensitivity
-
Slips, falls, or accidental injuries
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries.
Health Disclosure
I confirm that:

I am physically able to participate in classes or receive treatments.

I have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations.

I will update the Studio if my health status changes.
Release of Liability
I release Aura Studio & Café, its owners, instructors, estheticians, employees, and contractors from all liability for injuries, accidents, or reactions that may occur, except in cases of proven negligence.
Hot Classes
I understand that hot Pilates/yoga classes take place in heated environments and may increase my risk of:

I will hydrate appropriately and listen to my body.
Property Damage
The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photo/Video Release
I grant permission to use photos or videos for marketing unless I decline in writing.

By booking, I confirm I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver.
2. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
Group Classes (Pilates, Yoga, Hot Classes)

Cancelling within 6 hours of the class = late cancellation fee

Not showing up = no-show fee
-
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
Esthetics Appointments

Must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
-
Late cancellations = 50% service fee
-
No-shows = 100% of the service cost
Membership Hold

Memberships may be frozen once every 6 months for medical, travel, or emergency reasons.
Repeat Policy Violations
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to account suspension.
3. BOOKING POLICY

Classes

Online reservations are required.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early; late arrivals may not be admitted for safety.

Must check in upon arrival.

Capacity-based scheduling spots are not guaranteed without a reservation.
Esthetics Appointments

A valid payment method must remain on file.

New clients may be asked to complete a health intake form.

Clients under 21 must have parent/guardian consent.
Packages & Memberships

4. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Classes & Sessions

All class purchases, private sessions, and packages are non-refundable.

Expired classes cannot be extended unless approved for medical reasons.
Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date.

No partial-month refunds.
Retail (Café & Boutique Items)

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days with receipt.

Final sale items include: consumables, skincare, supplements, and discounted products.
Esthetics Services

No refunds for completed services.
-
If dissatisfied, corrections may be offered at management’s discretion.
5. MEDIA CONSENT FORM
Effective Date: November 13, 2025
By attending the Studio, I acknowledge:

Photos and videos may be taken for marketing.

I grant permission to use my image unless I notify the Studio in writing.

No compensation will be provided.

Images may be used on social media, website, and promotional materials.
