First-Time Client Guide
Your glow starts with great preparation. Here’s everything you need to know before your first esthetics appointment at Aura Studio & Café:
Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
Give yourself a moment to settle in, complete any intake forms, and start your service relaxed and on time.
Pause Active Ingredients
Avoid using retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or strong exfoliants 24–48 hours before your appointment to prevent irritation and get the best results.
Share Allergies or Medications
If you’re on prescriptions, acne treatments, antibiotics, or have known product allergies, please let your esthetician know prior to your service.
Come With a Clean Canvas
For lash lifts, brow services, and similar treatments, please arrive with no makeup, especially around the eye and brow area.
Know Our Cancellation Window
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or reschedule your service.
All fees are charged to the card on file. Emergencies happen just contact us as soon as possible.
